[BK Plastic sSurgery] 2nd real story after having eyelid surgery in BK

Hello. Here is the second real review of the patient

who received double eyelid surgery

&Levator muscle correction in BK.

Today is about the story after having surgery!

These are my eyes before surgery in BK.

As it might be seen, asymmetric eyes were very severe so that I decided to go for surgery to make it balanced.

The picture taken below is right after the surgery.

The eye shown on the left side of photo is my right eye.

There were big swelling and bruising after surgery.

I had been worried regarding my condition;

however, the major swelling has been subsided

within short time.

As I had undergone eyelid surgery twice,

the surgery performed this time was more complicated than other previous 2 surgeries.

I took around 1.5 hour to complete the surgery.

You might be curious what the tread is

in the middle of upper eyelid.

That is applied to prevent from creating wrinkles

on eyelid after surgery.

This is the photo on the 3rd day,

The thread connected was removed and the surgical area was cleaned.

I was very worried right after surgery as I had big swelling; however it had reduced a lot on the 3^rd day.

Doctor come & check my condition

and told me that the surgery was performed successfully and please do take good care post surgery.

It made me relieved since I was worried a lot

as this is my 3^rd surgery.

Here is a special tip what I did to reduce swelling.

1. I applied ice-pack as much as I can.

2. I used extra pillow to keep my upper body elevated.

3. I drunk pumpkin juice 1-2 times a day which is known to be helpful to reduce swelling.

This is the photo on the 4^th day.

The color of bruising turns into the yellow from purple.

After 5-7^th day, there was no big difference

as only minor swelling was left

which take some amount of time

to be subsided completely.

Regarding stitches,

It was supposed to be removed on the 7^th day,

however my stitches were removed on the 8^th day

due to my schedule for school.

As can be seen on the photo, there is red spot

on the eyeball which would be disappeared over time.

It was recommended to start to put eye-make up

3 weeks after surgery.

This is on the 9^th day.

I used to have ptosis which cannot open eyes properly; however this condition was corrected

with Levator muscle correction.

I am not sure yet exactly

how the final result would come out

as there are still minor swelling and bruising.

This is the end of 2^nd real story.

I may come back with the 3^rd story, 2 weeks after surgery.

[BK Plastic Surgery] Real strory of the patient who had surgery in BK

Here is the real story of the patient

who had consultation and surgery in BK Plastic Surgery.

Today is about having consultation in BK before surgery.

From now, shall we start her real review?

Hello, I visited BK to have consultation

for Revisional Eyelid Surgery.

Regarding my condition,

I used to have severe asymmetric eyelid

as could be seen in the photo before the surgery.

I had received Eyelid surgery for 2 times

on the only left eye.

First is to correct the ptosis as I have weak levator muscle, which is used to open eyes properly.

However, it did not be performed as I had expected, therefore I underwent revisional eyelid surgery.

After having Eyelid surgery for 2 times,

my eyes look much more asymmetry.

For the left eye,

a lot of fat was removed & wrinkles were created

on the upper eyelid by 2 surgeries

so that it made the fold higher and bigger.

For the right eye,

the height of fold is very low, thus it looks invisible.

I felt much stressed whenever I took selfie

as asymmetric eyes look more visible in the photo.

Therefore, I decided to go for the consultation

for the 3nd revisional surgery.

I searched for the Internet and found out that BK is one of the most famous plastic surgery in Korea.

I went to Seoul from Taejon and arrived in Sinsa station.

Sinsa station was full of the advertisement& photos

of BK Plastic Surgery.

I could realize that BK is really big&famous plastic surgery from the station.

BK is located right in front of Exit number 2

in Sinasa station.

BK consists of 16^th floor.

I went to the 2nd floor for the registration

before consultation.

One of the reason why BK has lots of patients

is there are many international patient

from China, South east Asia and Arab & Western countries.

Here is the Plastic surgery Museum located in the 2^nd floor.

BK was awarded the grand prize

in the field of plastic surgery.

There were books for the real story of patients.

For the consultation,

I had consultation with consultant first

and told me that she would recommended a specialist

for revisional surgery, dr. Kang SangGu.

Dr: what kind of eye shape you would like to expect?

Me: I do not want to have dramatic change, however would like both shape of eyes to be balanced.

He mentioned that he could make both eyes to be balanced.

If he recommended me overly, I would not believe him.

However he was very honest regarding my current condition and how it could be improved.

The facility was clean and well-organized

and staffs were very kind and smiled.

This is the end of story for the first episode.

I will come back with 2^nd real story regarding having surgery.
