Hello everyone! It’s been really cold lately here in Korea.
Fortunately the weather isn’t so bad today.
On a cold day like this we must go on and continue with exercising!
Having the winter and the temperature as an excuse to not exercise is a big no no.
 

What is home training?

Home training is great in this time of the year when it’s just too cold to step outside.

Home training helps you look better on the outside and feel better on the inside.
 
1. squatting
It’s the famous squatting.
Popular among everyone since you can do it anywhere without anything.
 
You just need to stand with your feet slightly wider than your hips.
 
Your toes should be pointed slightly outward.
 
Look straight ahead and squat down and back up!
 
You may add some weight to your body to bulk up your thighs and hips.
 
 
2. Calf raises
What’s better than a calf raises for some sexy calves?
 
They say if you tiptoe a lot you'll get a horse leg but not if you do calf raise with only your body weight.
 
Raise your heels a few inches above the edge of the step so that you're on your tiptoes.
 
Hold the position for a moment, then lower your heels below the platform, feeling a stretch in your calf.
 
Easy breezy right?
 
 
3. Plank
Planking is a full body work out.
 
Assume a modified push-up position with your elbows bent 90 degrees and both forearms resting on the floor.
 
Position your elbows directly underneath your shoulders and look straight toward the floor.
 
Your body should form a perfectly straight line from the crown of your head to your heels.
 
 
These are the few best home trainings.

Home training that doesn’t require too much effort compare to pushing yourself to go out in this cold weather to go to your gym!

Hold a good posture while your doing it, and you will see the difference in your body soon or later.
